Also if you write Alhamdulillah (with your index figure) on a piece of biscuit and eat f or 40 days, it would work as a memory booster.
For all sorts of aches/pains:
Recite this verse 3 times with Bismillah and blow on some oil and then massage with the oil. You can also write it on a piece of paper and tie at the aching place. (17:105)
Take a clean board and spread sand on it. Then take a nail and writeHuroof-e-Abjad on it. They are
’’ابجدھوزحطی‘‘ -’’ میخ‘‘
The writer should press forciblyon the first letter i.e. ‘أ’Now ask the person to place his hand on the aching place. Andthe writer should say it aloud as well .Then ask the patient if his pain hassubsided. If he says ‘yes’then that’s fine otherwiseyou should continue the process with the next letter& so on, one by one. The pain would certainly finish before the last letter.
Giving birth only to girls:
If her husband or any other woman make seventy circles with the index figure on the belly of a pregnant woman and say یَامَتِیْنُ with each circle, she would deliver a male child by the Grace of Allah.
For every disease:
These ayahs were also amongst the daily routine of remembrance of our Prophet ﷺ and he ﷺ has mentioned to recite them at dawn and dusk to eliminate any disease.
If one is afraid of any other person, he should recite
کٓھٰیٓعٓصٓ کُفِیْتُ حٰمٓعٓسٓقٓ حُمِیْتُ اور کٓھٰیٓعٓصٓ
and while saying کٓھٰیٓعٓصٓ , close the fingers of his right hand with each letter and the thumb in the end. Do the same thing حٰمٓعٓسٓقٓwith the left hand fingers with each letter of and finish with the thumb. Keep the hands closed and upon meeting the person, should open his both hands. He would find him lenient and favourable.
For attaining contentedness of the heart and achieving hidden and apparent success:
If a person recites 1100 times یَامُغْنِیُّ and 40 times Surah Muzammil or at least 11 times (some say 41 times) would get the above mentioned blessing. Reciting Surah Muzammil for 41 times can be done in a number of wayse.g. 2 rakah after ishasalatwith 21 times in the first rakah and 20 times in the second. Or once after the Fajr sunnah and twice after each of the five prayers. (Hence the total of 11) All these are amongst the recommended practices.
To cure a person under demonic influence:
The names of As’hab-e-Kahf(People of the cave) should be written as follows and then pasted on the walls of the patient’s place. Also write them on a piece of paper and ask him to look at them. Though he might hesitate in the beginning but soon would feel relieved. The inscription is as follows:
